Returns and Refunds

At Kapskind.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer law. During special periods like Black Friday and the Christmas season, we extend the return period to 90 days.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes the product being unused or lightly used.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email us at info@kapskind.com to request a return.

  2. Return Approval: We will review your request and send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Send the Product: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and tags, and attach the return shipping label.

  4. Return Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved.

  5. Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.

Refund Method

  • Credit Card: If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. Please note, it may take a few business days for your bank to process and reflect the refund.

  • Klarna: If you paid via Klarna, the refund will be processed through Klarna. The amount will be credited to your Klarna account. If you have already made payments toward your order, Klarna will adjust your balance accordingly. You can check your Klarna account to see the updated payment status.

Damaged or Defective Items

When you receive your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you notice any damages, defects, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@kapskind.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fragile items (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Customized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the right item, we recommend returning your current item and placing a separate order for the new product once your return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund automatically through your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
