2. Product Range
Kapskind.com offers a variety of caps featuring different designs and motifs. Each product is described in detail on its individual product page. We reserve the right to update or change our product range at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on Kapskind.com are quoted in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via the payment options provided on our website, such as credit card or invoice through third-party payment providers like Klarna.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products within Sweden using external delivery partners. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on stock availability and delivery address.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before completing your purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to return any products within 30 days of receiving your order. During select periods, such as Black Friday and the Christmas season, we extend our return policy to 90 days.
To qualify for a return, the product and its packaging must be in substantially unchanged condition. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email at info@kapskind.com and include your order number.
Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
6. Claims & Warranty
If you receive a defective product or encounter any issues with your purchase, you have the right to file a complaint within 3 years from the purchase date, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws. Please contact us immediately at info@kapskind.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Warranty: Our caps come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
